Uz pivo se mu\u0161karci vesele, osvajaju, u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uju prijateljstva, razbijaju jezi\u010dne prepreke i tje\u0161e se. Ovu tipi\u010dnu projekciju ispri\u010danu u reklamnim spotovima najve\u0107ih proizvo\u0111a\u010da piva u Hrvatskoj razbija zadru\u017ena pivovara Brlog koju su u Zadru osnovale &#8211; dvije \u017eene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anu Teskeru iz Velike Gorice i Maju \u0160epetavec iz Lipika spojilo je Anino poznanstvo s Majinom sestrom i \u0161ogorom, koje ih je odvelo do zajedni\u010dkog stanovanja s jo\u0161 dvoje sustanara u Zadru. Strast za vlastitim \u201ekuhanjem\u201c piva u stanu u kojem su \u017eivjele uzrokovala je stalni kreativni nered, pa su od milja stanu dale nadimak Brlog. Kada su odlu\u010dile krenuti u ozbiljniju proizvodnju piva, izbor imena bio je logi\u010dan, jer njihovo je pivo ve\u0107 je ionako dolazilo iz &#8211; Brloga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravo je osvje\u017eenje kada tu \u201e\u017eensku\u201c \u010dinjenicu uvrstimo u logi\u010dku jednad\u017ebu dvaju naziva njihovih piva, \u201ePlavu\u0161e\u201c koja na etiketi radi stoj na rukama dok joj suknja vi\u0161e ne pokriva donje rublje i \u201eNeposlu\u0161na\u201c, koja na etiketi samouvjereno hoda prema \u0161paliru mu\u0161karaca. Seksisti\u010dka poruka koju bi etikete nosile da su pivari mu\u0161karci, odjednom postaje poruka \u017eenske snage, hrabrosti, samouvjerenosti i samostalnosti. A tu je i \u201c\u0160purija&#8221; \u0161to bi zna\u010dilo ne\u0161to kao predosje\u0107aj, \u0161esto \u010dulo\u2026 E, pa imamo \u0161puriju da Brlog zaista pomi\u010de granice i prkosi stereotipima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Craft pivarska revolucija<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brlog je nastao na trendovskom valu popularizacije tzv. craft piva, \u201ekarakternih\u201c piva proizvedenih po specifi\u010dnim recepturama, koji je iznjedrio oko 90 malih pivovara i velik broj malih i ve\u0107ih festivala piva po hrvatskim gradovima. Craft pivovare nude i po nekoliko originalnih receptura koje idealno spajaju potrebu kupaca za istra\u017eivanjem i originalno\u0161\u0107u, utemeljenih na kvalitetnim sastojcima. Brlog je osmislio tri stalne recepture i prvi od craft pivovara su ih ponudili u bocama od pola litre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko je craft pivarska revolucija bila sna\u017ena govori i \u010dinjenica da su neki veliki pivari pokrenuli vlastite nove i za njih do tada netipi\u010dne linije piva, specifi\u010dnih receptura. Time su vi\u0161e ili manje uspje\u0161no zauzele dio prostora koji, prirodno, pripada malim neovisnim pivarima spremnijima na eksperimente. Ipak, \u010dinjenica da je malih i neovisnih \u010dak oko 90 i da su prepoznati i u Zakonu o tro\u0161arinama i za\u0161ti\u0107eni ni\u017eim tro\u0161arinama, govori da za njih ima i \u017eivota i budu\u0107nosti na tr\u017ei\u0161tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stru\u010dne analize pivarskog tr\u017ei\u0161ta predvi\u0111aju da \u0107e craft pivarstvo i dalje rasti jer su kupci i dalje spremni platiti vi\u0161e za posebno, odnosno craft pivo. Osim \u0161irenja na doma\u0107em i EU tr\u017ei\u0161tu, ve\u0107 se otvaraju mogu\u0107nosti izvoza na daleka tr\u017ei\u0161ta, ali za takve poduhvate pivovare \u0107e trebati tehnolo\u0161ki i logisti\u010dki razvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brlog su Maja i Ana po\u010dele razvijati 2016. kada su putem me\u0111unarodne platforme za grupno financiranje novih proizvoda i inovacija Indiegogo pokrenule crowdfunding kampanju i prikupile 80.000 kuna. To je bila osnova za daljnji razvoj zadru\u017enog poslovnog modela, koji su odlu\u010dle pro\u0161iriti novom crowdfunding kampanjom. Otvaranje prema novim \u010dlanovima, donijelo im je preko 933.000 kuna novog kapitala za pro\u0161irenje poslovanja, a Brlog je narastao na &#8211; 85 zadrugara\/ki!.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eUmjesto individualizma, koje je tipi\u010dno za sve koji su ikada poku\u0161ali proizvesti pivo, mi smo jako dru\u0161tvena ekipa. Vjerujemo da smo kao zajednica pametniji i ja\u010di. Na to se nadovezuje i na\u0161 manifest, odnosno obe\u0107anje branda da sve \u0161to radimo radimo u skladu s osnovnim vrijednostima &#8211; povjerenju, optimizmu i dru\u0161tvenoj odgovornosti, a dobar je i osje\u0107aj da nisi sam i da su tu i drugi koji \u0107e u nekom bitnom trenutku usko\u010diti sa svojim znanjem iskustvom ili energijom, ka\u017ee jedna od osniva\u010dica, Ana Teskera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zadruga kao udru\u017eeni optimisti\u010dki pothvat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Europski zadru\u017eni savez proglasio ih je 2018. najboljom europskom zadrugom, dobitnici su priznanja Grb Grada Zadra, njihovo pivo pije se u preko 150 kafi\u0107a \u0161irom Hrvatske, glavna tr\u017ei\u0161ta su im Zagreb, Zadar i Split, a njihov poslovni model, kao primjer dru\u0161tvenog poduzetni\u0161tva uvr\u0161ten u ud\u017ebenik jednog zagreba\u010dkog fakulteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNajprije smo htjeli pokazati u \u010demu smo dobri, po\u010dev\u0161i od vje\u0161tina u pivarstvu, okupljanja dru\u0161tva u zajedni\u010dku misiju pa sve do &#8216;sam svoj majstor&#8217; igre s tehnologijom. Nakon toga nas je pogurao optimizam i zajedni\u0161tvo, \u0161to je bio odgovor na apatiju i izolaciju kojima svjedo\u010dimo globalno, a posebno u svojoj lokalnoj sredini. Umjesto da kukamo i ka\u017eemo &#8220;ne mo\u017ee se&#8221;, primjerom pokazujemo da se zajedni\u0161tvom i pozitivnom energijom i te\u0161ke prepreke mogu svladati. Brlog je ohrabrenje i zarazni optimist\u201c, poja\u0161njava jednostavan princip zadru\u017enog modela Ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz godine u godinu poslovanje svojim tr\u017ei\u0161nim prometom i prihodima ostvaruje stopu rasta od 30% godi\u0161nje &#8211; i prihodovno i proizvodno. A takav rast sa sobom uvijek donosi nove izazove i kompleksnost. Kako bi Brlog bio u Zoni uspje\u0161nog poslovanja i rasta prema ostvarenju punog potencijalu ACT Grupa im je u suradnji s Entrepreneurship Academy Europskog fonda za jugoisto\u010dnu Europ, pru\u017eila podr\u0161ku u razli\u010ditim podru\u010djima poslovanja, od sistematizacije procesa do upravljanja poslovanjem i \u0161irenja prodaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProgram je dobar, ali u Zoni su najbolji ljudi &#8211; kada si u interakciji s ACT Grupom onda si zauvijek s njima jer ta povezanost postoji i podr\u0161ka traje i dalje.
