Supported Employment for Reducing Long-Term Unemployment among Persons with Disabilities (SUPPORT)
The project aims to tackle the persistent issue of long-term unemployment among persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The project will scale up and transfer socially innovative Supported Employment practices across various EU regions, addressing the significant employment barriers persons with disabilities face through immediate job placement and ongoing support.

Outcomes:
Increased employment of persons with disabilities by 5–10% in pilot regions.
Integration of the Supported Employment model into at least three national policies.
160 employers, 160 employment agencies, and 120 service providers trained.
300 individual employment plans developed and sustainable Supported Employment services established.
Reduced reliance of persons with disabilities on social benefits by around 10%.
